Hone your skills and become a talented player on the field with our various training exercises for different sports. We'll work with you and improve the core abilities necessary to succeed in your respective sport. We offer baseball training, soccer training, and wrestling training.

Join our center with one of our fitness membership options and gain unlimited access to our supply of free weights, machines, and classes. We also offer packages for birthday parties that include athletic activities and a delicious pizza lunch.

Guarantee Your Reservation With The Following Steps:
Reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the day you wish to schedule.
Open Cages/Tunnels may be available anytime, with a prior reservation.
Walk-ins may not be guaranteed.
We recommend calling ahead to check availability.
Times available to schedule:
Saturdays: 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Sundays: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

Pyramid Sports Performance Center in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, is a fitness facility for people of all ages and skill levels who want to maximize their performance or reach their fitness goals. Our mission is to provide a comfortable training atmosphere that challenges clients mentally and physically.

Our massive facility is clean, organized, and equipped with the finest training equipment available. The elite coaches that populate our center are prepared to help you develop your skills and achieve your goals. We host many community and foundation events throughout the year.
